Do you like the idea of personal training but find it a bit too expensive

  • Are you looking for group training but find those sessions too generic and not tailored to your needs? Would you prefer a smaller, more personal group of like-minded individuals?

If so, Semi-Personal Training is the ideal option!

This format combines the benefits of group and personal training:

  • You receive a tailored training program designed specifically for your needs and goals.
  • You train together in small groups of no more than 6 participants.

The training focuses on the common goals and guidelines of the group, with a special emphasis on:

FAQ

To participate in training, you should be able to adequately assess your health condition. This means you should be healthy; consulting your doctor beforehand can be a good idea.

Other than that, there are no strict fitness prerequisites. However, you should be willing to push your limits during training and pay closer attention to other lifestyle factors outside the gym.

At the moment, all training is led by me. However, many brilliant minds work behind the scenes to support the process.
