During my own training, I reached a point where conventional methods and equipment could no longer efficiently help me progress. I took on the challenge myself and developed a solution.
Over the years, this led to the creation of a multifunctional strength training device that allows for more targeted training of various muscle groups – particularly the back.
Since its inception, many clients have benefited from its efficiency and taken their training to the next level.
This inspired the creation of a special group course featuring exercises on the ThorX alongside additional mobility exercises targeting areas such as the back and hips. Improved mobility and strength in these regions can ultimately enhance posture as well.
At the moment, all training is led by me. However, many brilliant minds work behind the scenes to support the process.
To participate in training, you should be able to adequately assess your health condition. This means you should be healthy; consulting your doctor beforehand can be a good idea.
Other than that, there are no strict fitness prerequisites. However, you should be willing to push your limits during training and pay closer attention to other lifestyle factors outside the gym.
