Who is behind it all?

About

Following my interests, I actively started engaging in sports from the age of 8 years, practicing karate and basketball. Over time, I discovered strength training as a new method to drastically improve both my performance and body composition.

To participate in training, you should be able to adequately assess your health condition. This means you should be healthy; consulting your doctor beforehand can be a good idea.

Other than that, there are no strict fitness prerequisites. However, you should be willing to push your limits during training and pay closer attention to other lifestyle factors outside the gym.

At the moment, all training is led by me. However, many brilliant minds work behind the scenes to support the process.
