Level

A 1:1 personal training session with me is suitable for all performance levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an elite athlete, the level of experience is not the main factor.

What matters for a successful collaboration are the following traits:

    During our collaboration, new approaches to training and everyday routines will need to be implemented consistently to achieve the progress that will bring you closer to your goals.

To participate in training, you should be able to adequately assess your health condition. This means you should be healthy; consulting your doctor beforehand can be a good idea.

Other than that, there are no strict fitness prerequisites. However, you should be willing to push your limits during training and pay closer attention to other lifestyle factors outside the gym.
