A personal 1:1 training with me is suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you are a complete beginner or a high-performance athlete, your current level is not the primary deciding factor.

Instead of following pre-made workout plans and blindly obeying instructions, my personal training provides you with a toolset that will enable you to take control of your health and performance in the future. This way, you can become your own coach!

To participate in training, you should be able to adequately assess your health condition. This means you should be healthy; consulting your doctor beforehand can be a good idea.

Other than that, there are no strict fitness prerequisites. However, you should be willing to push your limits during training and pay closer attention to other lifestyle factors outside the gym.

At the moment, all training is led by me. However, many brilliant minds work behind the scenes to support the process.
